    Who is eligible?
  • Clients participating Alcohol & Drug Recovery Centers [ADRC} substance treatment services and are at High risk for HIV and Hepatitis C.
  • Clients in recovery that are living with HIV or are infected with Hepatitis C
    What are the services?
  • Services include referrals for HIV and Hepatitis C testing.
  • Confidential pre- and post-test counseling
  • Group and individual risk reduction education
  • Basic Hepatitis C and HIV education
  • Referrals to case management
  • Referrals to medical assistance
  • Referrals to community agencies

(ADRC) is a private non-profit corporation located in Hartford, Connecticut, providing high quality substance abuse treatment and recovery-supportive services. We operate a number of facilities, offering a wide range of services to help our clients achieve and maintain a life free of the destructive effects of chemical dependency.
