| Duties | Residential Manager is responsible for providing direct supervision of clients in residential substance abuse treatment programs. They assist in the daily operations of the residence to ensure the programs are run smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner appropriate to the health, safety, and programming needs of individuals and staff. Assist with meal preparation and appropriate discipline when necessary. Act as a role mode for residents. |
