The ADRC General Assistance Intensive Case Management Program is designed to provide intensive case management to clients who are eligible for State Administered General Assistance (SAGA) and have substance abuse and/or mental health histories. The office is located at 3580 Main Street, Hartford, CT which is on a bus line and is handicapped accessible.
