ADRC believes that everyone has the potential to recover from substance abuse.
We are committed to providing the best possible care to individuals who suffer from this chronic and persistent illness. We are a client-focused organization that offers a very comprehensive array of services. We believe that it is critical that all issues which effect recovery from substance abuse be addressed. Hence, ADRC provides housing supports, transportation, medical linkages, education and vocational support, and spiritual programming to name but a few.
We are a private, non-profit organization that has proudly served clients from the Capital region of Hartford since 1973. We provide our services without regard to ability to pay, and in a culturally relevant manner.
ADRC is partially funded by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. We are affiliated with Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
